                        BALCONY RESTRICTIONS: Balconies are for the quiet enjoyment of the residents. Nothing may be placed on or hung over balcony railings. Balconies must not be used for drying clothings, rugs, beach towels or for storage of items such as bicycles. Barbecuing on the balcony is not permitted. Ovenight sleeping is not permitted on the balconies. Nothing maybe thrown, swept, shaken or otherwise propelled off balconies or walkways. This includes cigarette butts. Please do not feed birds from balconies.

                                LOCK OUTS / LOST KEYS The first step is to call your rental agent or unit owner for the necessary access key. There will be a $40.00 fee charge if the Resident manager is needed to provide such service.

                                NOISE / DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
All residents are entitled to the quiet and enjoyment of their units and common areas; therefore, at no time should there be excessive noise of any kind.
Ocean City, noise curfew is 11:00 pm. Any noise audible at a distance of fifty feet from the noise sources is a violation and punishable by law. This curfew is strictly enforced by Ocean City Police. Violators are fined, prosecuted and maybe evicted.
Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated. Keep the volume of radios, TV’s and other such devices at a reasonable level at all times so as not to disturb the people around you. Boisterous parties, running, screaming and other generally unruly behavior is not permitted and is caused for eviction. If there are more occupants in the unit, than permitted in your lease, or if you have misrepresented yourself as other than a family member group, immediate eviction will be enforced.

                                PETS – RENTERS MAY NOT HAVE PETS AT THE HIGH POINT CONDOMINIUMS - Renters  are not allowed to bring pets into condominium or onto the property. RENTERS WITH PETS WILL BE TURNED AWAY FROM HPS AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK OR STAY AT HIGH POINT SOUTH CONDOMINIUM of if you are caught will be evicted from staying at High Point South Condominium.

                                POOL USE: The swimming pool is located on the east side of our property. The swimming pool is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm.   

                                REGISTRATION: All renters must pay a $ 25.00 fee per vehicle per week and is located at the HPS lobby entrance. Credit cards or cash will be accepted at the ticket machine. Please note if you do not have a parking ticket visible on the dashboard your vehicle will be towed or bootlocked and an additional fine of $50.00.
From May 15th to September 30 of the current year, parking ticket is required to park on High Point South property. Parking ticket machine will operate from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September.
